The brand had its original for 20 years until they thought of bringing out a change to make it look modern and cool rather than the previous one giving it the classic vibe. On October 6, 2010, the logo was changed but the consumers started giving it an immediately reaction by rejecting it and even creating a site called “Crap Logo Yourself”. The company tried to turn it into a source of interaction with the crowd but it did not go as planned. Their attempt could not balance tradition. This one move reduced their audience to greater numbers.
